I stumbled across your site a long time ago when I was becoming a vegetarian and was drawn into how you managed to cook healthy meals while being a full-time PhD student (I was in the same boat at the time!) I was wondering if you finished your PhD or if the blog took over? I can imagine balancing the two (and a family) would be really tough.
