It's a pretty cool place. I'll be one of the last people to visit actually. Since Disney owns the companies now everyone is moving off the ranch to the Letterman Digital Arts Complex in the Presidio, which is also very cool. Lucas owns the two ranches, Skywalker and Big Rock, so who knows what he will do with them. There really aren't that many people out there anymore with eveyone moving, and with all of the layoffs. I can understand how some of the most creative things have come out of there, it is some beautiful land, the mountains, and buildings and the environment even made me feel creative. There are movie props everywhere. I'm a pretty calm person, but even I nerded out at things I have seen in movies dozens of times being right in front of me. Seeing the sound stages where they put the symphonies to record the movie scores was amazing, the room is bigger than I ever imagined. All I can say is it's really nice, but not over the top. It's the nicest most expensive place I've even been that wasn't a museum, it was just a place where people worked. Everyone is relaxed and it's not stuffy at all, it felt special. And they have a gift shop that sells stuff you can only get there, I spent way too much money haha.

Just wanted to say this is one of my favorite AMAs. I got to visit SkyWalker Ranch a few weeks ago and see some of the digital side of movie making so it's cool to hear your side of it. And I hope you get better soon.
