I think you're missing the part where you only have to have the funds on deposit with them to get the tickets, rather than getting the tickets as a reward for making individual deposits.

If you have $1,000 in your Yotta account, you get 40 tickets every week. You don't have to make a $1,000 deposit every week to get 40 tickets.
