I had the pleasure of seeing a screening of I AM followed by a Q&A with you at American University two years ago. I found your documentary and attitude about filmmaking refreshingly honest and heartfelt. I too hope to make films that evoke an emotional response that bring about positive change on a global scale and I see film as the most powerful medium for those lessons. As I graduate and pursue my career in filmmaking I was wondering what your advice is to succeed in an industry so motivated by all too often violent blockbuster hits?
