Religious, yes. But in terms of Nazis, you were considered Jewish if any first relative was and often second-degree relatives. This is part of the reason why Israel lets people in as citizens if their grandparents are confirmed Jewish. One of the original points of the country is to be a lifeboat if another Holocaust type situation happened.

Mosaicism just means certain cells in your body express different genotypes (and resulting) phenotypes through different mechanisms, but come from the same fertilization (zygote). As time goes on, some of his cells grew to be normal, while the ones with the different genotype expressed his condition. This is why he has it on his torso while his legs are clear. There are hundreds if not thousands of examples of genetic mosaicism out there.

It prevents severe infection (leading to hospitalization or death) extremely well, and does have efficacy in reducing infections in general. Is it 100%? No, but virtually no vaccines have a 100% efficacy rate. Also this efficacy goes down over time which is why boosters exist.

This only really happens in the Johnson and Johnson and Astra Zenica type vaccines (And others with the vector, but mainly talking about the ones used in the US and UK). In the MRNA ones , which are much more commonly used, (Pfizer, Moderna), it doesn't happen. In the ones using the adenoviral vector, they are very rare. Specific incidence I am not sure of but it is incredibly low.

That's not true. I have worked in a microbiology lab for over two years doing research with E. Coli and TB. To clean and sterilize we have to autoclave at high temperatures and pressures. To prevent contamination using an inoculating loop we have to put the loop over fire until the loop glows.

10 minutes is a very very good idea.

It's better to be safe than to be sick. Period.
