the vertical steel "plate" directly behind the cab. In theory, it protects the driver from the load shifting forward and giving him a "headache", IE ripping the cab clear off.

there are a LOT of different answers to this question. There really is no one size fits all due to the variety of applications you can use a truck for. It isn't all down the highway and go the speed limit. OP might argue with me, but if I were hauling logs off-road, this is the truck I would have.

I live along the keystone pipeline route in Nebraska. How big of a spill event will need to take place for there to be contamination on an irrecoverable scale, or is that even possible?
