How long do you have to wait till you can exercise? And what kind of exercise/vigorous activity you must not do, even long after the operation?

I mean, what are the odds of playing contact sports? Saving someone is more worth it, imo. But frankly, I can never muster the courage to lose my own kidney to a stranger, so I respect you, sir.
