I've noticed you seem to work with a lot of the same actors and actresses in your work. Most recently with Chris Hemsworth in both the Avengers and your new film The Cabin in the Woods (also w/ Fran Kranz!)... Do you just enjoy working with these reoccuring faces or do you write parts with them in mind? Who are some of your favorites to work with? Also, it's my birthday and would be enamored if Joss Whedon wished me a happy birthday!

Depending on the grade it might be good to have someone come talk to them. I dropped out in 9th grade. From 16 until a few years ago I had to work three jobs to get by. I've felt embarrassed among peers for not knowing things that are probably basic knowledge. When I started college I had to start in the lowest prep math class where we started with arithmetic. I honestly thought school was interfering with my childhood but what interfered with it more than class was working three jobs. Now I get to work and do elementary math (and other classes). My biggest regret is dropping out and not appreciating a free education.
