Hello Senator Paul. I have been a very big fan of you and your father since high school. My question is, what do you think about nuclear energy and supporting research into nuclear fusion? I'm in my senior year of Electrical Engineering and have been studying a lot in regards to power. Finding out how to use nuclear fusion would essentially make energy a non issue for everybody. I would love to hear a candidate as awesome as you come out and support furthering this. Thanks Rand and I can't wait to vote for you in March!

I'd like to add something to this! I am in my Sophomore year studying Electrical Engineering, and my only background information is from my Mechanics class (really just a Civil engineering class) and an Introduction to Engineering lab. That being said, my mechanics professor is a civil engineer and he said a lot of the time, the problem is when engineering firms are contracted to build/design infrastructure, they often recommend doing routine inspections to see if any work or modifications need to be made to continue how safe the roads/bridges/structures are. The problem is, the government, and even private companies, don't take the firm up on the offer because it would cost more money, leading to some firm that did not work on the structure to inspect it like 40 to 50 years later with no record of the specifics, blueprints, etc. so it makes it really hard to properly assess the safety of the structure. So yeah, lazy work on the people contracting engineering firms.

Hi Adam! Your father did voice work for Kingdom Hearts and is easily my favorite villain in all video games. Did he ever say how he felt about working on the series? Both the games and your father are big parts of my childhood and it would bring me so much joy if I could find out what those games meant to him!
