In the most open and inclusive of forums like Reddit let's say, where anyone can talk but nobody has to listen, should any speech or rhetoric or idea be off limits ?

Is hair transplant a good option for someone with really thin, blonde, trump-like hair? When I’m in the sun or under a light you can see my scalp. Would it also look very obvious that i had work done? Thanks!
