No disrespect, I complete understand that you are an analyst and your job is to make more money for clients but I think it’s incorrect to use the word “better” in your example. I think the correct term would be “10 times more profitable”. I think it is more correct and honest to avoid the qualitative term and stay with the quantitative one when you are talking about that kind of value.

Frank, i'm sure you will not be returning to read follow up comments but it's so heartening to hear that you and Steve have a good relationship considering how difficult that must have been for him to step into Jim's shoes as Kermit. I have always though he did a beautiful job as Kermit and he will be sorely missed, whatever the politics that led to this current situation.
