How do you feel about not being told immediately?

What do you think think the privacy implications are for future brain computer interfaces? For example there is a Japanese team that can extract some images from dreams, could this be a violation? What about when we add in a person with an bionic eye? This could be seen as a digital to digital reproduction?

There are already examples of data storage in a biological medium it will be interesting to see how they delineate acceptable and unacceptable systems.

I suspect they will be forced into a subjective answer.
