Will the SkyDrive desktop app be available for Surface RT/Windows RT? If not, will there be a way to sync SkyDrive files offline in the Surface RT? I think this is a pretty important feature.

No, I'm not talking about the SkyDrive Metro app, because there is no offline syncing capability in the Metro version. I'm curious about the desktop SkyDrive app, which offers that syncing functionality.
