He probably meant filtered. I worked at one of the busiest McDonalds and we never completely changed the oil once a day. The machines do get a good filter and cleaning though. I used to scrub the shit out of those things lol

I used to be a crew trainer, too. I had seen a few people tamper with the food. No one really cared.
No one likes the company, especially the swing managers who only get a dollar more, if that, for so much more resonsibility than regular employees.
The ice cream machine constantly has problems going on with it. It's like it was built to run for a day and then die.

In the US, crew trainers make something like 50¢ more than regular employees, so he probably wants that raise.
