You never know. My mom's friend came from Costa Rica to get lipo here because she thought it would be safe, and since she's wealthy she could afford the trip. She passed away here in Dallas. Bad things can happen in surgeries, there are risks involved, no matter where you go.

Yeah, my house has bed bugs because of a nice hotel there. Be very careful and check the mattress before you enter the room!!
