Speaking of my username, I was playing Modern Warfare on Xbox Live recently and some kid kept calling me johnnyqueerfags. I didn't have a comeback. Any advice for the next time someone calls me that?

I guess it depends on if that 3k is before or after taxes. Also, I'm assuming "one of your more well known fine dining restaurants" is probably in a place like LA where the cost of living is significantly more expensive than the national average. Couple that with some student loans, a car payment, insurance, rent.. things get tight quick.
