Is the work that SD's employees do "siloed" to the work they were originally hired for? For example, if someone was hired for DevOps but they had an interest in learning more and being involved with software development and/or even the business operations, is that something you encourage internally?

What are the key differentiating factors between a job candidate that is offered a position and those that are not?
