Well to be able to get paid for flying helicopters you only need the CPL, just like it is on fixed wings. You will be able to fly sightseeing tours and all sorts of stuff, just not IFR.

You can start out by training to get your CPL on a fixed wing and then convert over to helicopters and that requires a lot less hours than it would if you trained from the start on a helicopter.
