IMHO, the first call is harassment. These agents let themselves get payed to harass people, period. I do understand most of them probably don't see it that way and waive all responsibility to their company, but to me that does not change a thing.

How has this affected daily life? No electronics, no fridge, etc. Are there also positive experiences due to this change?
