Is there any fundamental aspect of Desert Bus that you wish you could change, but can't because it is tradition and/or integral to the expectations of viewers?

Question for the Go players; other than the standard beginner advice, what tips and tricks can you give to beginning players; or advice you wish you had received when you were beginners?

Conversely; I work at a grocery store, and I can't get a day off from two weeks pre-thanksgiving through New Year's haha

Yeah; the only things that staff are completely forbidden from entering are the dollar-amount-giveaways. They can bid on auctions as long as they aren't the ones operating the auctions.
