Fantastic to hear you are a Meath man like myself! My Duffy family is from a couple of miles outside Navan - Pierce Brosnan's home town. I don't know of any McNays or Powell in the family tree though there may have been. What part of Meath were your ancestors from? Has your sister come across any references to places like Durhamstown/Dormstown/Darmstown (it has been spelt many ways over the last 100 years) or Bohermeen?
