Congratulations ! Thats got to feel good. How effective will ride share be in smaller metropolitan areas of for instance a population of 500,000. or is it just as effective?

Hi T.R. Thank-you ! Congratulations with all your success ! Wow this is just amazing of you to share your experience like this. I do have a question for since now you really have me re-thinking my strategy. I first went thru the self publishing route about 25 years ago and wrote a book to sell thru mail order. I experienced the self publishing aspect. The next one I published was also non fiction much more crispy and professional which I just used as a back end doing seminars and nothing else. This was all before Amazon days and Internet marketing. I have to admit once I decide it is easy for me to get it on to paper and also believe that the story telling is very important along with doing the cover right and having it edited properly. Just lately I seriously have been thinking of writing a really solid fiction novel along the adventure, romance, power line and wondering in your opinion about the distribution. Knowing what I know now I would focus 80% on writing a good novel and make sure it is packaged properly for promotion. Does an author just keep submitting something like this to prospective agents/publishers, do you set up a booth at the Book Expo ? Is there really a demand for this ? I am uncertain about the audience. Any thing you can expound here or ideas you find helpful would be much appreciated. Thank-you !! J. Sapara
