As an american who was in NZ earlier this year, I can definitely say that getting the stuff locally makes a huge difference. The McDonalds burgers I had in NZ were on par with Five guys back in the US. It was quite shocking to experience the difference.

This has become a HUGE problem with the Post 9/11 GI Bill for veterans. We have veterans coming home after serving using their benefits at these schools. They are essentially flushing their education benefits down the toilet.

Really sad and disgusting that these schools continue to exist.....

If people use your buddy passes don't dress correctly (yes, there is a dress code) or act like dicks, it comes back on you.

It isn't worth the hassle. The buddy passes are non-rev standby and the lowest priority. Meaning it can be hard to make it on a flight and the general public doesn't understand or deal with it well.

You can explain it to your friends but when they have sat in an airport. Missing 6 flights in a row, they can forget and turn into dicks which can impact your career

He was not some responsible gun owner. He was a "gang" member carrying a gun.

Additionally, I am not victim blaming here but both of these kids, at the time, escalated the situation long before the murder. Either kid could have backed down for months. Instead they continued to escalate the situation then the victim threw the first punch.
