My best friend and partner on my farm takes turns with me on days off. It doesn't happen often that we both leave but when it does it's a trusted person that takes care of our animals.

For years I have had this image of rabbits with bloodied teeth, in a line, chomping down a field and I could never figure out what it was that I was watching at the time. I am almost sure this has to be it. I agree this was one creepy movie.

This is actually in my wheelhouse and have a valid question. Why do so many e-commerce companies like Gumps use vendornet as their choice for EDI service? Every experience I have had with them which is about a dozen times now has been less then thrilling.

I was coming here to comment on your Alan Arkin. I recently heard on Sirius a LONG joke you ran as Alan Arkin. It ended with you leaving a message on Paul Reisers voicemail inviting him to stay for a week and Alan calling back angry saying we don't know Paul Reiser. My question is the story true? Did Paul actually stay with Alan for a week?

This is a common sales technique called transfer of ownership. If the sales person hands you the key or product they are transferring it to you. Another way is the sales person to have a hands off approach IE place it on the counter towards the customer. Picking the color/model is a similar effect. The emotional attachment is something you can use to your advantage.

I got a decent deal on a used Dodge Charger recently. I did a lot of research and found the going price. When I went in I picked the car I wanted yes I showed interest but when it came down to the bottom line I held my ground to as to the price. You must be willing to walk because that is the ONLY thing you have as leverage in the deal.
