What questions do you ask yourself before deciding to take on certain projects? More specifically, what went through your mind before producing The Walking Dead?

Have the worlds you write about always lived inside your mind or did you draw inspiration from somewhere?

If the symptoms take weeks to appear, how can you combat those already infected, but unaware they are infected, from exposing others? Is there a way you can properly inform and monitor those who may have contracted the disease from exposing those who haven't to it?
