What's been the best experience you've had with a fan?

One of my majors is French. I asked my professor about they/them pronouns and gender non-conformity and she didn't know how it worked in French either. The whole language is so dependent on the gender binary. I can imagine l'Academie is having a conniption fit.

I have Sjogren's Syndrome. Would it be reeeeeeally bad for me to get LASIK?
