Do you ever have days where the scene/storyline was just so creepy and alarming that you have trouble shaking it off? What do you do to distance yourself from what is an exceedingly disturbing character?

Thanks JT, Ray, Francis and other guys. :) Glad to hear that you can let it go - some episodes, I think I wished that I could borrow JT, Ray, Francis and the other guys, because a few are just incredibly stick-with-you creepy.
