hi all, few questions hope that's okay;
have you ever been surprised by the player-bases opinion on such a big scale that you put their voices to the top of the priority list pile and changed that piece of content in record time? (hotfix/day/week)
- not meaning regular patch note tweaks but something out of the ordinary
(could be fixing a certain piece of content in a quest to anything outside of the game (reddit/forums/website itself)
also has there ever been a problem you just could not fix, in fact you had to hire people specialized to fix such a unforeseen problem?
(e.g. mod jacmob at the time who had a clear idea for bonds e.t.c)
what's been the most hilarious customer complaint (that's safe for work/jagex) that was most memorable?
do all staff get an allocated space if they ever needed it? i get obviously being in that kind of environment might mean that the pressure feels too much sometimes? if so are there procedures to help colleagues? and if any previous staff had a problem was there a clear feedback list which improved any said situations entirely?

Aye alright nice to know however I do wish I could delete it after a given point (more so out of embarrassment of my behaviour years ago) but thanks for clarification.

also will expired mutes from years ago (2007-ish) ever be deleted? or will they just remain on file
