Hi! Thanks for answering our questions. I was wondering if you have ever had a caller who is so distressed that they can't give you the information you need? For example, if there has been a shooting and the person calling is screaming, or if someone has to whisper in a hostage situation? When I witnessed a car accident recently, I called 999 (I'm in the UK) and I struggled to keep my voice from shaking despite the fact I didn't know anyone involved. What do you do in situations where the caller is hard to hear? Thanks!

Hello, thanks for your hard work and for answering our questions. Was there ever a point where you considered stepping out of your role, admitting to being undercover and save the animal(s) being mistreated in front of you? If there was, what did you see to prompt this feeling? Also, if you could change one thing about the industries you observed, what would it be? Thanks in advance!

This is amazing. I hope it's okay for me to ask a few questions. How does she tell you it's okay for you to get up again? And does she work 24/7? I work in a vets which is partnered with guide dogs, so we see a lot of them each day. They usually have a harness to signal when work starts and ends. Some dogs, like the hearing dogs, never stop working, but have comparatively less 'work' to do each day than the guide dogs for the blind. I'd be interested to know how it works for you! And finally, what is Adele's favourite thing to do? 😊
