There are a lot of good people working in the film industry, but there is a systematization that can make people involved in the industry conform to a specific line of interest.

You just perfectly summed up my feelings when it comes to most organizations, whether they be governmental, religious, or corporational. Couldn't have said it better!

I agree. It's like comparing apples to oranges. Bad argument.

*Not sure why the downvotes, you can't compare civilian prosecution to military prosecution when you forgo your rights to serve under the articles of the UCMJ in the military. You can't argue Manning's treatment would compare to Snowden's, you just can't. But then again, I am on reddit, so downvote away.

Is your mom's name Amanda? I met some kids at a church camp at CSU, they were all from Littleton and went to Columbine. We wrote letters back and forth for a year or two(before email was popular, haha), but we lost track of each other over time. I don't think she was at the school at the time, if I remember, she was at taco bell at the time.

You don't get it. The "system" you talk about are different and operate much differently from one another. One is civilian, while the other is military. Night and day difference. The military is set up to handle justice within their own ranks, and it was easy for them to keep Manning hidden and away from the limelight. It would not have been that way if Snowden stayed and fought.
