That flowchart is actually incredibly clear and straightforward. Just because it has a bunch of detailed paths doesn't make it convoluted or confusing.

Some NXT-related questions for an alumnus:

1) Do you have much opportunity to work with the developmental talent in Florida? If so, do you have any real standout favorites?

2) What's your opinion of the current Diva's division, and (again assuming you've been to NXT) how do you think the girls in developmental compare?

3) Are you super jealous or impossibly jealous of the new Performance Center?

Has the recent announcement of the Kinect no longer being a guaranteed inclusion with Xbox One affected your plans for the future? You guys seemed to have been successful with Dance Central despite Kinect 360 being a (relatively expensive) peripheral, but it seemed like Fantasia was being developed with the expectation that you could sell it to anyone with an XBOne, which no longer seems to be the case.

Do you think Kinect development is likely to dry up in the future? Or do you think with the advent of usable consumer VR in the next few years that full-body control will make a comeback?
