And on Tharman, many Singaporeans (myself included) think he's the obvious choice. I would think because of his intellectual/political leanings you are in this camp too. But the man himself has repeatedly said he doesn't want the job. Is it time we let him be? There's a romantic ring to #TharmanforPM but I wonder if it's in the national interest to have a reluctant leader occupying Sri Temasek.
