Anything that the average person can look out for to protect ourselves and others?

How did you get into that job? Is it part-time or piece work? I have a BSc in biology but have health problems, and thought that might be a way I could continue to work. Especially need flexibility as I'm not reliably healthy.

What is your dream bio-augmentation? a cyborg arm? Integrated computer? Do you see a practical application for this tech in the future that everyone will want? Maybe some niche groups that might have an interesting use for the tech?
