What's the most satisfying way of dealing with shitty customers?

Never thought of that one. My boss basically allows me to be rude (to a certain extent) if a customer is being overly shitty. Its the fucking best saying "well go somewhere else" and watch as they can't argue back (works best when you say that, they leave and come back a week later coz the nearest competition to the business is on the other side of the city lol)
