I just want to clear this up. I'm not sure if you're suggesting that this is a trend among most American Jews, but it most certainly is not.

70% of American Jews are Democrats or Lean Democratic vs. 49% of the general public. 49% are liberals vs. 21% of the general population. Only 19% are conservatives vs. 38% of the general population. Jews are more likely to approve of President Obama's policies towards Israel & Iran. American Jews are more optimistic about the two-state solution than Americans overall. They are less likely to believe that god gave Israel to the Jewish people. Source.

I don't think you're correct there. Palestinians are a significant ethnic group in Jordan. They constitute over half of the Jordanian population. Source.

I strongly disagree with OP on this one. Criticism of Israel is most certainly not taboo among American Jews. I have no clue where he got the idea that American Jews blindly support Israel. American Jews aren't any more supportive of Israel than the general public.
