I supervise a litter clean-up crew that works on the freeways and we find bottles of piss and bags of shit all the time. I'm sure it's because truckers don't want to stop and risk delivering their loads late, but it's ridiculously gross.

Couldn't he just take cannabinoids by themselves and get the pain relief without the THC high. I saw a piece about a dad who got his son on that regimen because his the kid was only like 4 years old and be didn't want him to actually get high.

At least dispose of YOUR waste properly. There's no excuse for leaving it for someone else to clean up.
