Where are you located? Would you be interested in speaking with someone that might be able to help you u/bandaidknees? I know of a clinic that treats CRPS and gets fairly good results. The clinic is called The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago(RIC) and their staff is specially trained to handle those with all kinds of pain from acute to chronic including CRPS. 2 clinicians out of RIC have written a book about pain, and classification/management of it. The book is called "A World of Hurt: A Guide to Classifying Pain". It is 100% evidence based and they have really done remarkable things. If you'd like more information let me know!
