I don't mean to say it's all in your head, in an insensitive way but sometimes when you get an idea in your head, you see things that you almost want to see, to prove yourself right. Take the example of your intimate chats with your partner, absolutely everyone in the world, other than you and her would find that mind boggling boring, if someone was listening to you, that would be a great time for a toilet and coffee break. And the bit about the comments on your posts, it could be the type of forum you go to attracting a certain type of person/chatter. For example, I follow nutrition stuff but in a holistic sense, so the types of "nutrition" forums I find myself on are people talking about holistic stuff rather than say... Bodybuilding. Does that make sense? Its possible that you just tend to gravitate toward certain forums where people might talk about certain kinds of things or with a certain mindset. It's just easy sometimes to get something in your head and then see it everywhere.

A few nights ago I woke up in the middle of the night on my back, head against my pillow and squashed forward towards my chest. After a few seconds I felt a click in my neck, my head jerked further towards my chest and I could not breathe at all (not restricted from being squashed, completely closed airway) I straighten my neck and a few seconds later it happened again. I turned on my side and fell back asleep. Ever since then I've been anxious about falling asleep, wondering if that's happening when I'm asleep and not aware, should see a doctor?
