In a Wired article by Kim Zetter, you suggest that Awad may be the only 1 of the 5 target Muslim-Americans who was surveilled without a warrant. Given your own legal experience and knowledge, do you think the other 4 individuals will have a more difficult time proving their innocence given a court (supposedly) renewed the FBI's warrants every 90 days?
