I've been reading all of these comments in my head Bernard style disjointed full of questions and mildly drunken.

What are 3 moves the federal government in coordination with states could make that massively improves the situation?

Amazon is not an online retailer monopoly. They have around 30% of the market. There are a multitude of competing companies. Attack Amazon sure, but be accurate about it otherwise you're doing your cause a disservice.

My guy, it doesn't matter, that's not a legal qualification.
