My father is Kurdish and fled to the US after being imprisoned by Saddam. The thing is, he has lots of old deeds. Deeds for land in Iraq with shopping malls and office buildings built on it that belongs to my family. My dad showed them to me when I was 17 or 18 and said when the time is right I should try to get a lawyer and get things sorted. Do you see this ever happening?
