Why should there be anything to fix? If our politicians want to ignore the US Constitution, shouldn't they be charged with treason and tossed in jail?

Government bureaucrats have become embolden and arrogant. Many openly despise the Constitution and intentionally abuse it or ignore it all together.

Wouldn't take but a few prosecutions to get most of the politicians to understand that they citizens they're supposed to serve will not tolerate these types of civil rights abuses.

Public servants need more than just a friendly reminder that they're public servants and not rulers.

If the prosecutors aren't political flunkies and they're well qualified, then they should easily be able easily make the case for or against prosecution.

Open abuses of power by the Federal government don't always deal directly with legislation. Bureaucrats should not be using their position to push a political agenda, and if they are, then lock them up.

NSA has been in the news a lot, secret courts, heavily redacted documents, refusal to be forthcoming about spying on US citizens, colluding with tech companies etc..... These sorts of disgusting abuses of power can not go unchecked.

How is it possible to end homelessness when such a large portion of the homeless have serious mental health issues (and many of them refuse help)?
