Hi! In interviews you guys have said that the hiatus was partly due to the desire to explore other musical avenues and not shoehorn all your interests into one project. Now that Nickel Creek is one project out of many, how would you characterize its “goals” in comparison with your other work? What are the ambitions & interests it fulfills for each of you that you don’t get elsewhere?
What and whom were you listening to that influenced the making of A Dotted Line?
Which is your favorite of all your deeply, deeply '90s music videos?
And finally: Would you ever consider playing Can't Complain at Wolf Trap next month? I have seen you guys live five times and am dying to hear it, aka there’s a 90% chance I will have a heart attack if this actually happens. I don’t care, I’ll come back from the dead. Become a ghost. Fight pirahnas. ANYTHING. You guys must get requests all the time, but I hope it’s OK to ask. Regardless: thanks for all your music, as a band and individually. Your albums have brought me so much joy and I can’t wait to see you play again!

Hi Matt! Are there any regulars/guest actors on The Good Wife that you don't typically work with but hope to next year?
I was too chicken to stand up and say this at TGW Paleyfest, so here it is now: You knocked the first half of S6 out of the park. If someone had told me back in S1 that I would be losing my mind over Cary's fate, I probably would have laughed—but it's a testament to your performance and to the evolution of this character that that arc was so compelling (and so stressful!). Absolutely the best part of this season. Thank you.
