As someone who's lived through several hurricanes, I was just thinking that you better at least be charging your damn phone at work. How are you getting laundry done? Old fashioned way?

As a Miamian, I can say race is handled entirely different here than most of the country. The majority of the population is Hispanic after all, and for the most part that includes a wide range of colors and creeds.

Case in point: all that prepackaged "TexMex" crap in grocery store aisles.
