I see doctors seeing a patient every 5 minutes, working from 8am until 5pm. they do this for a year, then they burn out and leave. the turnover rate is extremely high. There just isn't enough funding. doctors are figuring out that it is a shit situation to be in and less are taking jobs here. some facilities have resorted to lying to prospective employees to get them to sign a year long contract.

if anything, I think employees inside florida's mental healthcare system are happy that you are bringing light to the issue.
