Completely functional. Each uterus has one ovary. She could absolutely get pregnant in both at the same time. Her first pregnancy was in the right and her second was in the left.

No pain ever. She has reproduced completely naturally. Four pregnancies, two completely natural births, one miscarriage, and one currently in the cooker. She can't feel the difference between the two. She actually didn't even know she had this until she had already been sexually active for over a year. There is one completely normal opening and it devides just past the g spot. Hasn't affected her sex life at all.
