I have just completed EOD 1 training, and now I'm thinking of going service somewhere, can you describe what kind of job is it out there?

Im Not Op, But as someone who just went trough EOD 1 training, one thing our officers said was "hurt locker is pretty much bullshit trough out whole movie" especially the part in the start of the movie where the main actor sees some wires after cutting the first ones, and he just decides to pull those wires dragging like 10 x 155mm HE projectiles with them... that's like million things gone wrong in 40 seconds.
