What can you recommend as a substitute for chicken (soy free,please. ..)? I think a lot of people don't like contributing to a bad industry but are left with small options.

I haven't yet picked up the skills to cook vegan/veggie via that sub. It's great for ideas if you're already vegan, IMO. I'm more looking for principles of how to begin cooking vegan.

No, reddit is used as a huge advertising platform for many businesses, large and small. major corporations have deals with them. I'm sure this will be down voted to hell but it's true.
