Where do you think the biggest challenges are going to be in the next few years in the development and applications of Deep Learning? Is it the algorithms or the hardware that runs them?

Do you use any specific hardware to train or run Neural Networks? Operations are so specific I guess they could be implemented on FPGAs or something of the kind. Do you think that development will go in that direction in the following years or will it stick to regular computer clusters?
