Former employee here, what were your thoughts on finding out how the sauce was made?

2 bags of tomato paste, a small bag of spices, and water. You stir it 100 times, 50 in one direction and 50 in the other. Then let it cool in the fridge. We used the same fountain head from the sinks where we wash dishes when I worked there.
